At LAEIS, substantial technological know how is consequently implemented and deployed for innovations. The latest example being the dry pressing method developed by us for the building materials industry, which allows the extremely efficient and low-noise production of cement-bonded products, concrete slabs and paving bricks, featuring an extremely sharp contours and utmost stability. The extraordinary precision of this method allows for a multi-layer pressing of various mixes; even of minor material thickness. LAEIS has been awarded the innovation prize of the German Building Machines Congress.

The concrete blocks and slabs produced on the BETA 3000 feature versatility, stability and utmost shaping precision. The combination of individually adapted formulas and hydraulic dry pressing process opens completely new dimensions with regard to product quality and variety:
